Weekly Nature Meditations for Mental Health Awareness Month

Every Friday in May, these FREE weekly 30-minute nature-based mindfulness practice sessions will be designed to help you connect deeply with your senses, inner experience, and the world around you. The morning practice sessions will include nature poetry and guided meditations. All of the sessions will be held virtually, so you can attend from your own home, yard, or any outdoor place of your choosing. Feel free to attend every week, or just once!
