A growing body of research is revealing the ways that a mindfulness practice can kick-start and enhance creativity; this workshop will help you put the research into practice, teaching you mindfulness techniques designed to get your creative motor running. In this short lunchtime session, we'll do several short mindfulness exercises together and see what we bring to the page afterward, then discuss other ways that developing a regular mindfulness practice can help us stoke our creativity. This workshop will be conducted via Zoom.
